So how can i put custom usergroup image for each?

ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Edit each group and add a complete path to the Usergroup Image in "Group Image " option field.

But, Then I need to create a new usergroup for each user... which is kinda difficult
i want to put a different image for each user...
or is there any way that users can choose their own usergroup images?

each user can have own avatar. As an administrator you can change it for any / all of users..
usergroup image is a different thing. All the group members are shown with the predefined image
If you ever release it, I might consider being ur subscriber
