how can i change forum thread id link to name or thread title instead of thread id..

the title of that thread is

now i want to change the

thread-100242-post-731221.html#pid731221

to

http://community.mybb.com/thread-Second post importance suggestion

like that.. but some not exactlly like that i need the title of the thread there.
