Either way is fine. I've temporarily edited my profile with my email, in case you choose to send it through email.

faviouz, where do I find the xml file? Looks like there's several different ones.

Go to Admin CP > Templates & Style > Themes > Your Theme > Export Theme.

Be sure to tick both options and then click on Export Theme.

Ok, I am ready to email you the stuff but when I try to email you this pops up:
