This is my problem...
The quick edit and full edit text is not appearing on the quick edit and full edit buttons...

It just shows a blank box...
Edit the global css for that theme. Check the colors in the popup_menu classes. It seems your font is the same color as the background.
More specifically, look for ".popup_menu .popup_item"
