Do some free themes and release them in mods database. That would make people trust your work more.
btcmart theme looks simple and clean. That's good. But MYBBtalk theme doesn't show much customization from AJ's theme.
24-48 hours? That is very fast IMO...

Just a little too fast.. I would not want my custom theme to be done in 1 day.
As to the OP, you really don't do anything. Your customs are like 2-3 css classes changed plus you throw in a logo.

Make some free themes and then you will be recruited automatically for custom works
