Why i'm having this during the upgrade

There's so many threads on this, you'd have found an answer if you searched.

You've not uploaded all the new files properly. Download the full 1.6.4 package from here http://www.mybb.com/download/latest upload the whole lot so it overwrites the current files, and then run the upgrade script again. You may also need to make this change after uploading the new files: http://community.mybb.com/thread-100134-...#pid730292
