Use correct grammar "Wanna throw any contests? come here" sounds rather amature-ish and often gives people bad impression's.
Add a few more discussion forums in the General section as just having the one "Off Topic Forum" will get real messy after a while
Also as stated a better logo could also help, the stroke on the one you have is too big and needs to be smaller with some kind of gradient on the text.
