how to manage custom user title ???

you might be knowing that it is a setting in the individual groups ..
users & groups --> groups --> edit group --> users & permissions
--> Can use custom user titles? <-- set yes / no

I do not get what you want to manage - is it per user permission ?

yes, i mean is it per user permission,

and maximum 20 words can be used for custom user titles.
