How do I edit these? I know it's somewhere in Langauges but I can't seem to find where..

I don't think its in Languages since the person who made that theme probably used CSS buttons. Therefore, you've to edit there languages in its corresponding templates. All those templates are in Postbit Templates set though, like;

postbit_email
postbit_edit
postbit_find
postbit_quote
postbit_pm
postbit_rep_button
postbit_report
postbit_warn
postbit_www
