For example, I would do the following redirect;
http://forum.example.org/forumdisplay.php?fid=10 ----> www.google.com

When people click on a link, it will be redirected to google.com.

How can I do this?

first add a forum with required permissions ; then edit the forum to find additional forum options to add Forum Link

Or while you're creating the forum click on 'Show Additional Options'.
