You might want to use a .htaccess file - I can access your IPBoard installation.

Transfer all files from the old domain's root to new domain's root directory through FTP.

Edit inc/settings.php and alter Board URL, Cookie Domain and Cookie path to point to new domain.

Once done, login to Admin CP and do the same changes under Configuration -> General Configuration.

It says you need to: "Your board has not yet been installed and configured. Please do so before attempting to browse it".

so try installing it
