Ok. I have done the search, read the sticky, tried every trick that is written in this forum. With still no luck.

I have a test account which I will PM whoever needs it.
I'm at my witts end..
I am using the Bluecolour theme, with added buttons, but no other real changes that should effect the forum. It was also doing it previous to the upgrade to 1604. I also have several plugins, but what forum doesn't.

And what exactly is the issue? "No mark forum read" isn't very helpful.

As said the "Mark All Forums Read" doesn't work.

Make sure your inc/settings.php is chmodded correctly.

@ geoff, have you checked the issue with myBB default theme ?
it'd be better if you can trust someone and provide required privileges to fix it
{ not me - its already late mid-night for me now }

Tried the default theme with no success.
I'll keep trying.
