We're having an issue where all images are showing up as thumbnails. I have disabled my image plugins that I installed, those didnt fix it.
" Show Attached Thumbnails in Posts" is set at "Full Size Image." I can't find a setting for globally displaying images as full sized.

We found out that its a plugin called highslide. Its uninstalled, but continues to work. I checked mybbextras (the main site) but theyre offline, since they got hacked or something.
This is an example of what it does to ALL images.

you found that hoghslide plugin is the cause for the issue. you know that it has to be disabled ...
Yes i know, it is disabled, and I even deleted it in ftp.
Try downloading a fresh copy of the inc/functions_post.php file. Maybe the highslide plugin included an override of it.

I've tried this on my localhost, and the problem seems to be the theme combined with the plugin. Disabling the MyCode fixes it here for me, however on LC it doesn't seem to as there is not a single MyCode defined (I'm giving Arsenic a hand)
