How to solve this problem? im confused because i cant find where's code place

Your theme probably did not come with the spam button image. Either put in a generic one in your theme's image folder, or deactivate the akismet plugin if you do not wish to use the anti-spam features.

The spam image is included with the default theme (postbit_spam.gif) but it is possible that the custom themes you have did not come with one. I have seen alot of themes that omit this button since it is rarely used.
