i want to make the links inside the code tag clickable as it is in vbulletine also when i use code tag it spreads in full width of post area, is there any way to fix the width of code tag section.

the image i have added is from vbulletine.
the horizontal line inside code tag also looks bad how can we remove it.

can some one tell me the change i have to make or is there any plugin for this, i have searched for it but i didnt found it.
