I am going to introduce premium membership feature on my forum.
I need to:
-let the Premium Members usergroup be able to have longer signatures. While limiting non premium members to shorter sigs.
-only let premium members and global moderators and admins be allowed to acess the ajax chat
-allow custom user title for premiums global moderators, and adkins, while not letting non premium members change it.

The last one can be edited in their group, just edit the premium member group and mark the box that says "Allow Custom User Title".
