What's stopping you from installing it yourself?
1. Download the theme.
2. Upload the images folder to your images folder.
3. Import the .xml in your admin control panel.
4. Wallah, you've installed the theme!

You cannot install themes using createmybb. You will need to ask this on the offical support forums for createmybb
