Howdy

I am not sure if this is a coding thing or if there is a plugin for it, so i thought i would just post it here sorry if its in the wrong section.


What i am looking for is that some of my members have rather long usernames, and there username goes out of the box and into the post it self so i was wondering if there is away i can move users information away from the right hand side to above the post I.E like this have a look at the images and you should know what i mean.

To change your postbit you can go to ACP -> Settings -> Show Thread Options and select Display posts using the horizontal post layout.That will change your postbit from current classic to horizontal layout.

for the above , you need to follow this tutorial : force / remove postbit style

If you want to put everybody on the classic postbit, run this query in PHPMyAdmin, or some other database manager:

This is why over my head and i am not sure how to do this.

^ that is thru database manager at your webhost panel ...
OR if you have mybbcentral subscription then you can use easy SQL plugin..

Right ok i think i will just leave it then i am not going where near the DB i dont know enough to be able to touch it.
