Well i'm looking for a form which i can edit the fields and what ever they put will post in the thread say:

Forum Url: www.myforum.bla in the form and will also post in the thread. I'm sure there is many like this but i need to be able to offer a drop down box with different selections and each selection corresponds to a different board

So if they clicked gaming it would post in the gaming board etc.

I have just tried that, i'm looking for more of a form which i can edit the fields if that makes sense?
