How do I "Search" to change into another language?
Template -> *Theme* -> Search ??
You can edit the MyBB languages or just find the word from the template. Anyway, what template you want to edit?

I am aware. I would like to "Search" have translated into another language, but when I change the template "Search", has not done anything yet.

do you want to be able to use search feature for your own language ?
if so are you using utf-8 encoding for the database & for the site ?
Search is from global.lang.php language file. its variable is toplinks_search
can be changed thru admin panel --> configuration --> languages --> your language -->
right side tab options --> edit language variables --> global.lang.php --> edit --> toplinks_search
AND Advanced Suche appears to be from header template ..
It has neither worked. "toplinks-search" was correct and that is my header:
