I put one ads under the first post, but I only want 1 ad.

The problems is that the ad is duplicated, and it show 2 ads.

if you know about myBB templates system :
admin panel --> templates --> your active template set --> post bit templates
--> find multiples of {$post['adsaf']} in BOTH postbit AND postbit_classic
AND remove the duplicates ; save templates
