The forums seem to be a joke. One of them says "Legal hacking please; No shitty RATs/Phishers/Loggers etc". Is this implying that RATs/Phishers/Loggers are illegal? Or that you don't want shitty ones in the forum?
Oh I forgot.. That will depend on how you comprehend on what legal hacking is..

I was meaning to imply that RATs/Phishers/Loggers/any hacking programs are only illegal if you use them illegally.
