im trying to get rounded corners in my theme but the code i tried doesn't work please help and drop shadow also
please tell me steps where to add it in on what rule.

Global should probably be fine, but it depends on which part of the forum you're editing. Also, make sure you don't break anything.

what does not break anything mean? and how do i get image links in my forum , cant be css but how to edit the html for everypage for navbar ?
