I've been looking for documents on how to add the feature to myBB and integrate it properly. I know there was a document that I have tried, but did not work with the theme.

Yes, that was the document I referenced, but for some reason, did not correctly integrate. I followed all the steps, and was able to get coppermine to log out from the forum, but how do I get to coppermine from my forum? That's where I'm stuck at.

Just add a link to it in your header template...

It's not really part of the integration to add links to your menu.
