I am just wondering if it is possible to have 2 developers on one forum?
I am part of a forum community and the owner is busy most of the time so if we had 2 developers I could add the plugin.

Yes and no.
I want to know if you can have 1 owner and 1 more develeloper.
That's up to the owner, the owner can share his/her access with as many people as he/she pleases.
A Developer would need more than just Admin access, the developers would require Database & FTP as well.

You can have more than one developer on a forum.
