Looks like that's what I will have to do. I have access to the admin section. Can anything be done from there?

I gave them a call and they said they are doing emergency maintenance. That is probably why my forum got messed up. Hopefully when they are done things will go back to normal. I just moved to a new server 6 months ago so I do have access to phpmyadmin now. I will follow the steps provided if after the maintenance my forum is still having issues. Thanks a million to everyone who helped out I really appreciate it.
