my users log in to my forum.. and they show redirecting page but after this they are redirected to log in page again and they are not logged in..
they shown as guest..

what must i do?

Hello there,

Please double check you cookie domain and path settings in Admin CP > Board Settings > Change > General Configurations

to get the correct settings, use this tool
