how do i fix this below error

Looks like MyBB is calling for that file and not finding it.

Self explanatory. Your favicon doesn't exist.
favicon.ico file not available on install folder

favicon.ico file in the root directory ... (you may use this
FavIcon Generator)
As said above, the easiest solution would be to make a favicon and upload it to your forum/website root.
it's works but only from forums page not home page cause i redirect home page so is this possible my fav.ico show on both url
