How to disable 'Email user' (member.php?action=emailuser)
I need to disable users from sending emails to other users. I searched the Admin CP configurations but could not find it. Is there any specific setting to disable this or should I edit the member.php?

I got it! Under Users and Groups--->Groups---->Miscellaneous

ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Edit their usergroup > Under "Miscellaneous tab" > Untick "Can send threads to friends and email users?" option check box.
