MyBB Community Forums - How to install MyBB on GoDaddy?

Hello,

I just downloaded MyBB package, I know how to install it on WAMP but I don't know how to install on my hosting account. I created a subdomain and uploaded my files correctly. But when I go to my site, the site comes out saying this:

My Forum Name is http://forum.blubbz.net

When I went to http://forum.blubbz.net/install and I entered the Database Hostname, ID and Pass I get an error, make sure you type in the username and pass correctly.

Please can anyone tell me how to setup a forum in my GoDaddy's hosting account

The details you are entering are incorrect. Check them with your web host.

What details? Do I have to use phpMyAdmin? How to use that? Can you tell me please?

No, you just enter the details for the database you created. If you didn't, then you need to. The hostname is usually localhost, but the rest depends on what you've done.

Can you tell me how to create a database?

Yes, It has a MySQL Database, but the setup is very complicated and I can't see the privileges tab. Please help.

Oh well, I figured it out myself, I just asked GoDaddy that can I create a Database, it took me the right page. Thanks anyways. Thank you very much.
