The postbit_reputation.gif image is missing.

were do i post it in does it just go in images

It goes in ./images/english/.

Download the one from here and upload it:

You'll need to make your own if you want it to fit with the rest though.

Oops, sorry, I missed the part where you said the image URL was a thread.

You need to revert your postbit_rep_button template to original.
