@Malcolm, just checked it on localhost, yes, its set to none. What it should be then?

As it's local you can safely just set it to All.

Unfortunately even after allowing all, same issue. I guess thats a localhost issue only, lets see.

There are no convert codes. Just use the seolinks rewrite rules. Google SEO Redirect will take care of the rest...

when I added "sitemap-index.xml" as my forum site map in google webmaster shows me this error:
