Verify permissions of that files, in some hosts you have to add CHMOD to files manually...
frostschutz,

do you recommend putting the rewrite rules in the apache config rather than in an .htaccess?
Hi Frost,

first of all I want to thank you for your effort. This Plugin is a great help for everyone. I really appreciate your work.

I installed the Plugin and it worked fine for me, there is only one thing that doesn't work as expected and I don't know why. As mentioned in the readme file, I added {$google_seo_page} to showthread.php and forumdisplay.php in title tag, but there are still no seo links for paged threads.

Here is a link to my forum -> http://www.oldschool-training.de

Any suggestions on that? Keep up the good work!

All the best

//Edit: I'm using mybb version 1.6.10
Sorry, but I don't know if it's the right place to post my problem, but I'm new with plugins and all that kind of stuff and I don't find a right place anyway, so hopefully you can help me or tell me where to post it Smile

I just downloaded and installed the plugin Google SEO 1.6.5 but now I've got this problem:

I don't know what to do now and what the problem is.

Also I'm not sure, how I'm supposed to google such a problem Big Grin

I hope you can help me out, thanks! Smile
most likely you're missing language files. unfortunately mybb does not automatically use the english ones when you are set to a different language. so you just have to upload the english language files in your language's as well (inc/languages/*/)
I have been using Google SEO plugin from quite some time ... earlier I was using I guess the older version of this plugin which used to render URLS like these

1) http://www.learnqtp.com/forums/making-in...-1031.html

Now after installing the new SEO plugin, the same URL comes up as
2) http://www.learnqtp.com/forums/Thread-Ma...ata-unique

Since the old URLs are already indexed by Google and are pointing from other sources how can I make URLs like 1) to redirect to URLs like 2)

There are tons of URLs lke 1) showing up in my Google Webmasters tool which are giving 404 error. I am assuming there should be some redirect for htaccess which can do the job.

My forum is located at http://www.learnqtp.com/forums/
1) seems to be the old Spicefuse SEO plugin (not by me).

They should be redirected fine, as long as you kept the rewrite rules for them.
