Could anybody help to solve the problem？

I have upgrade the forum from 1.4.4 to 1.6.4 refering http://wiki.mybb.com/index.php/Upgrading step by step.

It's all Okay except the last step.
I have reverted these templates to their default already, but it also can not show correctly.

And also, I have downloaded another theme and install it, but also can not show correctly.

For some reason you've changed your Board URL. It's set to http://www.tongjisg.org/forum and should be http://forum.tongjisg.org

Also your cookie domain is blank and should be forum.tongjisg.org
