Some web sites can replace its IE picture on the left of web address. I want to do the same with my specific picture. How can I do that?

I think your talking about the favicon....

Just google favicon, then use a favicon to build the .ico then upload it to the root of your site and it will eventually take effect

Find an image that you want to use, and go to this website and follow the instructions. Once you have a favicon.ico file, upload it to your forums root directory. You may need to clear your cache and/or wait a while for it to show.
