Ok hi to everyone i wonder there is no plugin who add forum sponsor in the index page and also in the category view,see attachment

with option inside admin panel Forums&Posts where you add banner in every category

There's a ton of plugins that do this already...search for all the various Advertisement plugins MyBB has.

well, in the forum description you can use html code to add whatever you want !!

for the other things you might need a custom plugin - you may contact a plugin coder
