Hello,
I'm currently in a difficult situation.. I've tried many things, editing the config.php, uploading the .sql along with the entire board folder to another, but nothing seems to work. Recently my hoster has been getting a little expensive and i had switched. But to save all my members, posts, threads, and so on, how would i go about merging 2 versions of mybb 1.6 together when they're currently hosted by 2 different hosters? For instance; one version of mybb 1.6 is hosted at Tomatorislandhostingcarnival.biz [NONE OF THE LINKS ARE REAL] and one is hosted at Potatoislandhostingcarnival.net... How could i merge them? Like i said, i tried taking the one i needed to merge and uploaded it to the other, but i only get mysql errors because of the inappropriate db info. I've even made its own mysql database and everything.. Still wont work... Any help is much appreciated.

You don't need to use the MyBB Merge System for this, I'm moving this to General Support. You just take a database backup and import it over to the new web host. Have a look at this tutorial for detailed information:

I couldnt find the topic in the general section... But, im having a problem.. I did everything it said.. but im getting

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1146 - Table 'rejectio_forum.rejectio_datacache' doesn't exist
Query:
SELECT title,cache FROM rejectio_datacache

The previous database was; silentki_forum, with the prefix silentki_

The current one i have is rejectio_
