You didn't exactly give much information for us to give you support. You didn't give a URL to your website. You didn't give a web browser that the problem is occurring. You just said that you have a problem and showed it to us. Since I can't reproduce the problem on my website there is no way for me... or anyone else really to give you the support you are asking for.
There is one thing I notice though. Next to Format's username, there appears to be a dot next to his username to signify his online status. Do you perhaps have multiple online status indicator plugins installed at the same time that could be conflicting?
