although i havn't experianceed this problem myself, one my members sent me an email saying:

Quote:I've having some trouble with logging in, I log in, it says its transferring me back to the main page, but it says I'm on the site as a guest, meaning I can't really do anything..

Occasionally it logs me in properly like now for example, but its quite annoying, just thought I'd bring it to your attention even if its nothing to do with the forums..

Its not a problem with mybb, your user just needs to clear there cookies/cache.

phew! thats what i thought at first. Because no-one else had reported this. But i had another prob with the parent frame yesterday and I was a little worried this may have been related...

LOL, if you search i guarantee to find more then a hundred post about this.

You need to correct the cookie domain and cookie path of your board, from Admin CP > Board Settings > Change > General configurations

Set them as this tool tells you.
