Does anyone know a good free web hosting website? Something better than byethost. And im gonna need help transferring all the files from there to the new web hosting server.

You should really look into paid webhosting, it is a lot better.
You can try free hosting like 000webhost if you'd like. You can find a lot of free web hosts by searching on google as well.

Free host = probably not going to be very good. You get what you pay for, and if you're paying for nothing, don't expect a high powered server.
