I recently attempted to upgrade my forum to the newest version. After upgrading I noticed my configuration page was missing, so I restored from a backup to ver. 1.4.9. the configuration page is still missing what can I do to recover this missing page

try by re-uploading of admin directory with its contents from a fresh download of your myBB version's package
