how to add Permissions to a group,

i make a new group and want to give super moderators Permissions,
but not delete post Permission.

please help me.

Just create a new usergroup and tick 'Yes, users of this group are super moderators' and 'Yes, users of this group can access the moderator CP' in the settings for the group.
