I have just started a new install of MYBB 1.6 during setup I received the following error MYSQL 5.1

SQL Error:
1364 - Field 'custom_profile_fields' doesn't have a default value
Query:
INSERT INTO mybb_adminviews (uid,type,visibility,title,fields,conditions,sortby,sortorder,perpage,view_type) VALUES ('0','user','2','All Users','a:7:{i:0;s:6:\"avatar\";i:1;s:8:\"username\";i:2;s:5:\"email\";i:3;s:7:\"regdate\";i:4;s:10:\"lastactive\";i:5;s:7:\"postnum\";i:6;s:8:\"controls\";}','a:0:{}','username','asc','20','card')

Re-upload all the files and try again.

I re uploaded the files and received the same error

Re-download all of the files off mybb.com, and then re-upload and try again. You don't have the newest version of 1.6.4.

I down loaded the file from your link still have the same problem

Okay, then once it is installed, run the upgrade package:

Ok I uploaded the upgrade files, when I go to run the upgrade package it ask me for a user name and password which has not been set yet since the installed fails
