Have you ever experienced this problem?

My client area sends emails whenever an update is done to a project/task list/files/messages so my clients (with gmail accounts) are not receiving any emails.

Here's what the "From" email gets when an email is sent to Gmail:

I think this happened to due the IP change (because I moved to a new VPS box two days ago), at least it started happening right after changing it.

Perhaps because I set the DNS records wrong initially or something else I am not aware of. I respect their Bulk Mail guidelines as well.

I've followed these steps here:
http://www.rackaid.com/resources/gmail-b...t-removal/

And also submitted a request here:

I wanted to know if any of you had problems with this already.
Nothing so far.

Do they mean ISP's IP or Country's IP ?
Server IP actually

Will look into that, thank you.
Yours welcome. It's likely the last user of that IP was sending spam emails, so google blacklisted it from it's mail servers. Then you got the Ip and it's still blocked Smile
"We also recommend publishing an SPF record, and signing with DKIM or DomainKeys."

That helps A LOT in emailing, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, and almost every other provider uses some type of verification and it's important to add it to your server. Since you said your using a VPS it's VERY easy to add one. (Or if your provider does stuff for you, I would ask them) If not here are some links, But I need to ask one thing, Is your VPS using cPanel. If so it's going to be 10000% easier.
Yes my host has been helping me with it already Smile
