Sorry, but I don't know when it's returned to live, as it's working perfectly for me.....

find below code in global.css (link)

#panel .upper ul.top_links {
	float: right;
	font-weight: bold;
}

change to below AND hard refresh your browser ( use CTRL + F5 - may be 3 - 5 times)

#panel .upper ul.top_links {
	float: right;
	font-weight: bold;
        width: 600px;
}

oh my gosh THANK YOU SO MUCH! I've been trying to fix it all day!
