I made a logo for my new forum and i ran into a small problem, i replaced the default logo with my own with the same psd properties and the logo does not change, i made sure it's in the right spot in the folder and name. Anyone mind pointing me in the right direction?

This is all on BlueSteel template and i found a few bugs in the design but thats for another time.
