Hello,

I had just recently installed the shout-box at http://mods.mybb.com/view/shoutbox and installed it in the plugin section of MyBB.

I have been looking everywhere to enable the shout-box and to start using it on my forum, but cant seem to find anything. I have even went to the configuration > Shout-box options and clicked "display on index" and it still doesnt display.

I need help please.

not sure why it is not working - may be its better to install & use myshoutbox

Have you check the footer?
