i have problem with quoting..plz help me..its urgent

when i quoting anyone's text getting error...see below image

like below i posted in that...

after that i checked one thing..when i am posting [quote=] in my forum its showing nothing...just empty text only...so..i think problem with that..

so guyz i am very new on mybb..so,plz tell me how to solve this...by step by step..

i saw that and downloaded that class_parser and replaced..still same problem...and i saw in many mybb forum my same version 1.6.4 have no of this problem...

any one plz help..its urgent
