I was wondering the plugin is so that when you click new reply and the window opens with the text box, there is already default text in the text area for specific forums you choose.

I know there is a plugin somewhere, possibly one of these paid plugins on an external website, but I can't remember where it is. I've used it before.

Just go to [Forums & Posts -> Default Editor -> (Choose your forum) -> Editar]
