I successfully uploaded the Upload/Install folders however whenever I went to mydomain.com/install/upgrade.php I received the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method datacache::update_threadprefixes() in /home/dejota/public_html/install/upgrade.php on line 598

Any suggestions?

You've not uploaded the correct file set, you need the full package.
